RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – NURAA
- We are confident you will love your purchase from Nuraa.
- Exchange is allowed only if the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- In such cases, customers must share an unboxing video (clearly showing the package opening and product condition) along with images, and email us at nuraacreations@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Please note: Without an unboxing video, exchange claims cannot be processed.
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours to assist you.
- Product tags and packaging must be intact. Items with removed tags or signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.
- All purchases are non-refundable, except if we are unable to deliver your order within 45 days of placement.
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances, only exchanges as per the above conditions.
- In case of an approved exchange, customers may be asked to ship the product back safely. Shipping costs (if any) will be communicated by our team.
Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 6 hours. Please email us at nuraacreations@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment in case of a valid cancellation.
