RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – NURAA

  1. We are confident you will love your purchase from Nuraa.
  2. Exchange is allowed only if the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
  3. In such cases, customers must share an unboxing video (clearly showing the package opening and product condition) along with images, and email us at nuraacreations@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the order.
  4. Please note: Without an unboxing video, exchange claims cannot be processed.
  5. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours to assist you.
  6. Product tags and packaging must be intact. Items with removed tags or signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.
  7. All purchases are non-refundable, except if we are unable to deliver your order within 45 days of placement.
  8. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, only exchanges as per the above conditions.
  9. In case of an approved exchange, customers may be asked to ship the product back safely. Shipping costs (if any) will be communicated by our team.

Cancellations

  1. Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 6 hours. Please email us at nuraacreations@gmail.com with your Order ID.
  2. For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment in case of a valid cancellation.
